Hi everyone,I had nothing to do last night, so I started "surfing the net", and I thought i would look up my new pride and joy, just for something to do, and i couldn't believe my eyes on what came up! All you savage owners..i thought that was so cool! I will tell you alittle about my bike and I, I live in wisconsin, and its 10 degrees outside, my baby,(thats what i call my savage), is in storage , and i miss her alot, i wanted to keep her in my bedroom for the winter, but that would mean putting my husband in storage, and he wouldn't like that, anyway, i always loved motorcycle's, and i never driven one, just a passanger,my husband doesn;t own one, we just would borrow his brother;s bike alot..but, last september i told my husband i want to learn how to drive, and buy my own bike..and he said , he would help me learn, and we can start looking around for a bike, would you believe the very next day we went to a used bike shop and i saw this bike , i swear it was there just waiting for me, i went and sat on it, didn't know what kind it was. and i fell in love, the dealer said it was a 1986 suzuki savage 650..they wanted 1,000 dollars for her..and i looked at my husband, and he knew, he wasn't going to talk me out of this one, the bike, price, everything was perfect! you know when it works out so good, its like it was mean't to be..so Bob, drove her home for me, my eyes gleaming the whole way riding next to him in my car, can't believing that thats my bike he's riding on, when we got home, we went to a open field and he taught me to ride, the following week i went to a class at the tech school on motorcycle saftey..but then living in wisconsin, it got real cold a few wekks later and i had to put her away,i won't bore you anymore,cause i can go on forever about my bike, i just love her..thanks for listening..Judy
